3. Free Diagnostic Sessions and Consultation Calls.


3.1 Session Definition and Purpose.

Free diagnostic sessions are introductory consultations designed to:

  • Assess your current leadership challenges and opportunities.
  • Identify potential areas for development.
  • Determine if our services align with your needs.
  • Provide initial insights and recommendations.

 

3.2 What Diagnostic Sessions Are NOT.

These sessions are NOT:

  • Comprehensive coaching or consulting engagements.
  • Substitute for ongoing professional development programs.
  • Detailed strategic planning sessions.
  • Formal psychological assessments or evaluations.
  • Guaranteed solutions to complex organizational issues.

 

3.3 Duration and Scheduling.

  • Standard diagnostic sessions are limited to 20-30 minutes.
  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • No-shows may forfeit the opportunity for rescheduling.

 

3.4 Session Conduct and Limitations.

  • Sessions will be conducted professionally and respectfully.
  • We reserve the right to terminate a session if conduct becomes inappropriate.
  • Technical issues may require rescheduling and will be accommodated when possible.
  • Diagnostic sessions provide general insights and are not guarantees of specific outcomes.
  • Sessions do not create a formal client relationship until separate agreements are executed.

 

3.5 Confidentiality Agreement.

Mutual Confidentiality:

  • All information shared during diagnostic sessions will be treated as confidential.
  • The Company will not disclose any personal or business information shared during sessions.

Strict Recording Consent Policy:

  • No audio or video recording of sessions will occur without your explicit written consent.

  • You may request to record sessions for your own notes with prior written approval.
